Situated 30 km from Kathmandu at an elevation of 1,550 m you can see the mountain ranges of Langtang, Gauri Shankar, and Numbur.
Dhulikhel is the perfect place to stop to spend the night peacefully while going from Tibet and coming back to Kathmandu. To begin with, the snow-capped mountains with lush greenery on the footsteps seem to be beckoning the tourists to come and spend some time with them.
The oldest area town of Dhulikhel, which is located in the southern end, is another area here that never fails to fascinate tourists.
