Kathmandu valley (Central Nepal) offers the most praised modes of adventure holiday trips. Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal well known to the world as the city of Living Goddess ( Kumari) who is worshipped and taken in a chariot procession annually.

Pashupatinath Temple
Pashupatinath is the most important Hindu temple in Nepal, it's one of the most important Shiva temples on the subcontinent and draws numerous devotees from all over India each year. Pashupati is considered to have a special concern for the kingdom of Nepal. Pashupatinath, an ancient plinth, by the banks of the holy Bagmati River, stands the 16th century of Pashupatinath - Shiva, as Lord of all Creatures. The old buildings on the site were destroyed by Moslem invaders in the 14th century, its stone linga smashed to dust, but it rose again behind their retreating backs. Succeeding monarchs reinstated the temple and the images. The flowing Bagmati is a holy river and the ghats (crematorium) at its bank are the earnest Hindus truest cremation center.

Swayambhunath Stupa:
Swoyambhu literally means 'Self-Existent One.' Swoyambhunath is believed to have been established more than 2,500 years ago. An inscription dated 460 A.D. states that the construction was carried out by King Manadeva. By the thirteenth century Swoyambhunath had developed into an important Buddhist learning site. The history of Kathmandu Valley is said to have started with the beginning of Swoyambhu. The largest image of the Sakyamuni Buddha in Nepal is in a monastery next to the Stupa. Behind the hilltop is a temple dedicated to Manjusri of Saraswati - the goddess of learning. Statues and shrines of Buddhist and Hindu deities dot the Stupa complex. Large numbers of Buddhists and Hindus alike visit Swoyambhunath. Swoyambhu is perhaps the best place to observe the religious harmony in Nepal. The Stupa is atop a hill, and requires considerable walk. There is also a road that leads almost to the base of the statue.

Place to See in Patan:

Patan Durbar Square: This durbar square located in Patan is a Patan Durbar has many famous sites and unique architectures. Krishna Mandi, Bhimsen temple, Hiranya Varna Mahabhihar are just a few among the temples offering you an ecstasy of paintings, wood and metal carvings. The Sundari Chowk contains exquisite samples of woodcarvings, stone and metal sculpture. Patan Dubar Square and the Himalaya that can be seen at a distance make an enchanting scene. A half-day sightseeing tour of the Patan city is highly recommended.

Krishna Mandir: A king dreams of God Krishna and Goddess Radhan standing in front of a temple. Next day, turning dreams into a reality, a finest stone wrought monument is born! The Krishna temple located on the west side of the Patan Durbar Square, was built in 1637 by the King Siddhi Narsingha Malla. The temple holds a great position in the Patan palace, it is also the only temple in Nepal which as 21 shrines and is completely made of stone, and fine carvings. The temple has three floors, Krishna, Shiva, Lokeshwor are enshrined in first, second and third floor respectively. During the Krishnastami, the lord Krishna's birthday, the temple is the destination of thousands of worshippers from around the country. The temple is beautifully lighted by thousands of oil lamps during the festival.

Place to See in Bhaktapur:
It is situated at an altitude of 1,401 meters and is covers an area of four square miles. The place is famous for woodcarving and the Bhadgaolen topi or cap. It is also renowned of its myriad wonders of cultural and artistic achievements. The most famous picture of this area is Bhaktapur Durbar Square. The place of 55 windows, the stone temple of Batsala Devi full of convoluted carvings, innumerable temples, architectural showpieces like the Lion Gate, the statue of king Bhupatindra Malla, the picture Gallery, the Batsala temple, etc are the major focal points of Bhaktapur Durbar square and it was listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Monuments List in 1979. Day 1: Arrive KATHMANDU
A representative and driver from our office will meet and greet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel and help you check into your designated hotel. We will arrange a meeting with you at hotel to brief you about your daily activities etc.

Day 2: Full day sightseeing tour in kathmandu & Patan.
Early in the morning after breakfast, we shall take you to major sightseeing places in Kathmandu for six hours. On your tour you will get to see historic monuments, temples, monasteries, palaces and UNESCO World Heritage Sites like Durbar Squares of Hanuman Dhoka, Buddhist stupas of Swayambhu and Boudhnath, Hindu temples of Pashupatinath, Changu Narayan etc. As you travel along the exotic locales of Kathmandu, more diversified cultural settings in the valley welcome you with warmth and hospitality. At swayambhunath temple, you will gain an invaluable insight into Buddhism. This may make you feel like you have just been to spiritual journey.

At midday, we stop for lunch and then head towards Patan. As you explore Patan Durbar Square, Mahaboudha Temple, Kumbeshwor temple, Krishna Temple, Golden Temple and many other places of Patan, you feel as if Patan has been unveiled before you as an open museum showcasing intricately carved windows, intrinsic roof struts, statues of gods and goddesses, temples designed in pagoda style with erotic carvings and repoussé metalwork facades and many other exquisite facets. You will also get to see handicraft centre in Patan and move to nagarkot. Overnight at hotel .

Day 3: Nagarkot and Bhaktapur Sightseeing Tour.
Early morning, Great sun rise view from nagarkot. After breakfast we take you to bhaktapur where you will witness unique culture and finest display of craftsmanship. Bhaktapur is the only place in Nepal which has remained untouched by western culture. Lion Gate, Golden Gate, Art Gallery, Statue of King Bhupatindra, Nyatapol Temple, changunarayan Temple (world heritage sites) and fifty-five windowed Malla palace are the living prides of Bhaktapur and you will tour around all these places. Tour concludes after your driver and guide escort you back to hotel. Afternoon is free for independent activities such as souvenir hunting, exploring the town on your own or simply relaxing at hotel.

Day 4: Depart KATHMANDU.
